The Million Dollar Habits (e)Book

the second (even cooler, as there is no p&p;-) resource is his million  
dollar habits ebook which you get when you subscribe to his newsletter.
 
This is all about habits — as you know, it’s not taking ‘massive’ action, but rather consistent action. 
 
And that equals habits. You’ll love the ebook, here is how you  get it (sorry, can’t give you a direct link to it, this is how I found it):

Here is one paragraph that really stood out to me:
 
“To be truly happy, you must make a habit of maintaining balance between your

are under so much pressure from their work is because they waste most of the
working day. But unfortunately, even if you waste time, the work does not go
away. It still has to be done sometime, and often it has to go home and get done in
the evenings and on the weekends.”
 
fortunately, he doesn’t leave it at that (if just ‘resolving to do it’ were that easy;-) 
and goes on to give you specific steps on how to develop those good habits.
